Shiji

I had lived in Shiji for fifteen years where there used to be flood when typhoons raged, which always annoyed the residents living in a lower region. However, recently with the successful repair of Keelung River, this annoying problem no longer existing.

One of Shiji’s features is the Neighborhood Bus. It is free and as long as you beckon, the bus would stop. I often got on the bus to go to school or Shiji night market. On the bus, elderly people sometimes chatted with me. Although we did not know each other, we felt like a big family.

Another feature is Dai-ji Mountain. There is magnificent view on the summit; hence many elderly people and children like to go hiking. When I was an eighth-grader, in the summer vacation, my friends and I usually went to Dai-ji Mountain. Reaching the top, we bought refreshing cola and played in the nearly temple, which left me a unforgettable impression. Always, we also played badminton in the gym located in Dai-ji Mountain.

Although I have moved out of Shiji, there are many sweet memories about Shiji!

 

Graduation Trip

In this photo, my classmates and I were in the Sea Life Museum in graduation trip. We were wearing 3D sunglasses to watch 3D vision and had very handsome pose in front of fish .

      In the English class last week, the English teacher was teaching and all the students were attentive, but one of the students felt so bored that he fell asleep shortly. The student, jack, dreamed that he was teaching English. Because his lesson content was very tedious, most of the students nodded off. Even though Jack taught enthusiastically, no one was attentive. Therefore, he was too angry to teach continuously. One of Jack’s classmates seeing him sleeping with laughter felt so strange.

  Eventually, in Jack’s dream, he could not control his temper and shouted “wake up!” to every. Meanwhile, Jack awaked and found that he was still sitting in the classroom. The shout was from Jack’s teacher instead of Jack. He felt so embarrassed and all the students teased him. Jack apologized to his teacher and swore that he would never sleep in class.

       Last weekend was Jack’s tenth birthday and he got a dog as his birthday gift from his parents. Because Jack likes dogs very much, he instantly named the dog ‘Guchi’. Since then, Jack played with it every day and keeps it clean thoroughly.

      Yesterday morning, Jack took Guchi to the park as usual. Unfortunately when Jack wanted to buy some drinks, Guchi unleashed and disappeared. Jack was very anxious because he was worried that Guchi might have accidents or got lost. Jack burst into tears when he thought that Guchi was likely to die on the road filled with cars.

       Jack went home disappointedly. To his astonishment, Guchi was sit at the door waiting for Jack’s back. Finally, Jack found that he forgot to feed Guchi this morning, so Guchi went home to find some food.

5454.jpg         On the serene day , Lesile , the girl who is kind and merciful , worked throught the park and saw a cat . ”Such a cute cat .” Lesile said and was attracted to it instantly so she took out a small ball and played with it happily . Then , she decided to take it home . Lesile was not aware of a line of cats following her until she went home .”How far it is from my home to the park . I cannot drive them away .” Lesile thought . Therefore , Lesile asked her mom whether she could look after these cats . In the beginning , her mom disagreed with her but Lesile consistantly assured her mom that she would see after them . Finally , Her mom was convinced .

        ”From now on , this is your home , cats .” Lesile said . Because of these cute cats , Lesile was in a good mood every day . Actually , these cats were very naughty . They bit the sofa , left the footprints , overturned the lamp and damaged the furnitures . Lesile really regretted that she took the cats home . Because of her promise , she must look after them. 

My Good Friend

     

      Beiing-Ru Liou is my best friend during my junior high years . He is tall`kind`active and his hair is always in a mess . Besides , he wears a pair of thick-framed glasses and fake NIKE shoes .

      Beiing-Ru and I like to play badminton . So if we have free time on every weekend , we often call our friends to go to the stadium located in Dah-Jian mountain for badminton . Beiing-Ru likes to sing , too . After school , he always uses a broom as a microphone and holds the concerts in the classroom . How crazy he is ! However , he never cares about what other people think of him . Every time after the exams end , Beiing-Ru`my friends and I always go to the Internet caf’e and our favorites are strategic games . Usually , we play for over three hours to satisify our desire and release our pressure of study .

      Nowadays , I still keep contact with him . We usually attend every anniversary of our friends’  school . Without the company of Beiing-Ru , my junior high life would have have been boring .

Gorilla

       

       One evening , Lesile was cooking dinner and her dog , Karis , waiting for delicious dishes that she cooked . When Lesile was putting dinner on a plate , she heard some strange sounds from the living room . At first , she did not care what happened , but the strange sounds was approaching her closer and closer . She could not stand the noise anymore so she looked at kitchen door rapidly . She was frtghtened because she saw a huge gorilla standing here . She broke the plate and dinner dropped on the floor . Karis ate those dishes happily .

        Suddenly , the gorilla took off its mask and took out flowers from his back . Lesile was so astonished that she could not say anything because the gorilla is her husband . ” Happy birthday ” he said , Leile was very suprised for what her husband did for her .
